Process

Commissioning a painting is easy, just follow the steps below......

Send me an email/whatsapp with the photograph of the dog you would like to be painted. As I work in great detail, photographs need to be well focussed in order to paint an accurate picture. In addition, please send between 3 and 8 further photographs to show more detail on eyes, nose, fur colour, different angles etc. The more detailed the photographs the better the picture!

We will agree the commission in writing (whatsapp or email) and then I can provide a timescale estimate, usually 6-8 weeks.

After the commission has been agreed a non refundable deposit (50% of the full price) is required before painting begins. Your painting will be created on cream 140lb watercolor paper or Clairefontaine pastelmat paper. All paintings are supplied mounted but unframed. The mount will be cream and measure 30cm x 30cm with an opening of 19cm x 19cm (other dimensions/colours can be discussed as desired).

Once completed I will send you a digital image of your dog portrait. The fee balance is due on approval of the painting (per Paypal or bank transfer), on receipt the painting will be sent by recorded delivery.

Price

All paintings are made on the high quality paper with lightfast colours and come unframed but with a 30cm x 30cm mount. The complete price is

169 Euros.
